About Us The Preserve at Echo Bay is a product of the vision of Dan Passolt and Jim Morken, founders of Homeland Investment, Inc. Both Dan and Jim have spent happy times on the waters of Pelican Lake chain with family and friends over the years. Jim's respect for the lakes began at the age of nine when his family started coming to Pelican Lake for boating, swimming, fishing, and camping. Dan and Jim share more than an interest in the lake and its surroundings. Their experiences, their friends on the Pelican Lake chain, and their values have shaped a respect for the natural beauty of the land, the lake and the lifestyle that they seek to both enhance, preserve, and share with others. Having extensive experience in the design and construction of quality homes and neighborhoods, Homeland is committed to providing a hands-on approach to assuring quality preservation and quality design of the neighborhood at Echo Bay. |
